Hello! My name is Max, and I am a queer artist and filmmaker based in Atlanta, GA.  I use the pseudonym "E.M.P." for my work, but I just go by Max in face-to-face settings.  I graduated from Georgia State University with a B.A. in Film & Media in December 2023.

I love storytelling, which lead to me writing and illustrating my book, The Diary of a Guardian (2019).  I enjoyed finally bringing a story from my mind into a physical form, but I wanted more visual elements and sound in my stories.

So I was brought to film.

I am currently working on the screenplay for a limited streaming series, Silence the Deadly.  It is about a group of three women that steal talents and sell them to other people.  You can read more about Silence the Deadly and my other stories under the "concepts" tab.

In December, I finished my final student short film, BLANK SPACE.  I worked with a wonderful group of GSU students to make the story come to life.  You may view BLANK SPACE under the "film" tab.

I am also currently active on TikTok and Instagram, where I geek out about Elden Ring and Transformers and share my cosplays.
